About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 support team in Ahmedabad. The role involves interacting with customers through phone, chat and email, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound calls, live‑chat sessions and email inquiries in a professional manner.
• Track open cases, follow up diligently and drive them to closure.
• Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Work rotating shifts to provide continuous coverage.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call‑center environment, preferably on fintech projects.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Flexibility to work in a 24 × 7 shift schedule.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with a CRM platform; Freshdesk is preferred.
