About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site English Lecturer for our junior college in Hyderabad. The role involves teaching English, developing curriculum, and preparing detailed lesson plans for junior college students. You will contribute to an engaging learning environment that supports academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to junior college students, delivering lessons that align with the curriculum and promote language proficiency.
• Develop and deliver engaging curriculum material, adapting content to meet diverse learning needs of students.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans that outline objectives, activities, and assessment methods for each class.
• Evaluate students' performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respects diversity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum relevance.

Required profile

• Hold a Master’s degree in English, Literature, or a related field (required), with a PhD or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Have prior teaching experience at the junior college level, which is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrate expertise in English teaching and strong lecturing skills.
• Possess experience in curriculum development and the ability to adapt content to diverse learning needs.
• Be proficient in education and teaching methodologies suited to junior college students.
• Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students toward academic excellence.
