About the role

Lead a team of Field Application Engineers to drive demand creation across semiconductor and IP&E supplier lines, building relationships with key customer decision makers and staying current with emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

Lead and mentor FAEs to achieve KPIs and deliver technical support.
Develop and present technical proposals, drive demand creation, and influence design decisions.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and supplier teams to resolve issues and create strategic technical plans.
Provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, and stay updated on semiconductor and IP&E trends.

Required profile

10+ years in semiconductor, embedded systems, or electronic system design.
Experience leading a team of FAEs or design engineers.
Willingness to travel and work closely with customers.
Strong presentation and problem‑solving skills for senior technical audiences.

Required skills

Embedded design with MCU, MPU or SoC (NXP, Infineon, STMicroelectronics, Microchip, Silicon Labs, AMD/Xilinx, Intel).
Bare‑metal and operating system development.
High‑speed interface design (PCIe, Ethernet, USB, MIPI, DDR, SerDes).
Connectivity, wireless, power, analog, and industrial automation.
AI/ML, Edge AI, sensor, power management, RF, timing, passive, interconnect, electromechanical solutions.
