Engineering Executive

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as an Engineering Executive and help brighten guests’ days by ensuring the smooth operation of all engineering functions, from building systems to property assets. You will support the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer while leading maintenance activities and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer in the operation of all hotel engineering functions, including systems, plant, equipment and property assets.
• Supervise daily maintenance tasks, manage the maintenance team, schedule work and ensure proper documentation in the property management system.
• Oversee external contractors, inspect completed work for quality and compliance, and respond promptly to service requests, guest concerns and emergencies.
• Maintain facility safety and compliance with local, state and federal regulations for mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life‑safety systems.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to Hilton’s core values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Service Technician or similar role in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Trade‑qualified in HVAC, electrical or plumbing/gas fitting (advantageous) with solid general engineering knowledge.
