Engineer - Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Testing Engineer to join Bosch Rexroth India in Sanand Ahmedabad. The role focuses on executing and supporting testing activities for hydraulic products, ensuring quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned testing tasks with precision and diligence.
• Coordinate tasks and priorities with the supervisor.
• Assist in implementation and execution of testing topics.
• Monitor and regularly report testing progress.
• Handle test specimens and test‑setup material.
• Prepare test agreements and test reports.
• Repair hydraulic products.
• Prepare test set‑up.
• Assemble and disassemble prototype hydraulic products.
• Operate test benches.
• Acquire data using measurement instruments.
• Analyze test specimens for functional performance and fatigue strength.
• Perform magnetic particle testing.
• Conduct 5S activities in the test bench area.
• Monitor energy consumption.

Required profile

• Ability to support and execute testing tasks accurately.
• Strong coordination skills with supervisors.
• Capability to handle test specimens and equipment.
• Attention to detail in preparing reports and agreements.
• Willingness to work on hydraulic product repair and assembly.
