Engineer / Senior Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer / Senior Engineer to analyze technical requirements, design optimal solutions, and deliver engineering outputs that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements and identify possible solutions.
• Select the optimal product or solution that meets customer needs.
• Clarify unclear requirements with relevant stakeholders and decide on the solution.
• Design solutions or components to meet specific customer requirements.
• Create drawings, engineering structures, or other relevant outputs for the solution.
• Understand basic cost levels of components and incorporate cost knowledge into designs.
• Consider safety, codes, standards, installability, maintainability, manufacturability, and sustainability in designs.
• Self‑check outputs of own work and participate in checking colleagues’ work.
• Report work progress in a timely manner.
• Communicate deviations from customer specifications and deliver outputs to relevant parties on time.
• Monitor performance measures such as punctuality, response time, productivity, quality, and project‑specific targets.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define solutions.
