Engineer – Projects & Field Support

About the role

The Engineer – Projects & Field Support will lead end‑to‑end project delivery for 75F’s energy‑saving solutions, coordinating installations, vendor selection and customer interactions across India. The role requires extensive travel and on‑site presence to ensure timely commissioning and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize vendors, manage installation schedules, and coordinate with customers and OEM partners to meet project deadlines.
• Develop new installation partners, conduct site surveys and commissioning activities.
• Set up pre‑ and post‑sales support infrastructure, including call logging, escalation processes, and deployment of field engineers.
• Provide in‑depth troubleshooting for 75F hardware and software, perform root‑cause analysis, and maintain a reference library.
• Build and lead a service sales team to sell value‑added services to existing clients.
• Maintain and improve CSAT scores through effective customer and vendor interactions.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, primarily in the HVAC industry.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and experience with both channel and enterprise sales models.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard CRM tools.
