About the role
We are seeking a motivated Engineer to lead new product development initiatives within our architectural products and aluminium façade division. The role focuses on creating innovative solutions, improving existing offerings, and tailoring products to meet specific client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new architectural products and aluminium façade systems.
- Identify and implement product improvements to enhance performance and cost‑effectiveness.
- Customize products based on client specifications and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline, and/or an MBA in Marketing.
