Engineer, InfraOps

About the role

The Engineer, InfraOps will join a global partner team based in India, focusing on the reliability, scalability and performance of modern technology environments. You will work on infrastructure operations that enable digital products and services to run efficiently, while collaborating with engineering and development teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and optimise infrastructure environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Support deployment, configuration and troubleshooting activities across multiple platforms.
• Automate operational processes to improve consistency, efficiency and scalability.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues through root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to enable seamless delivery of digital solutions.
• Implement and uphold best practices for system reliability, security and operational excellence.
• Participate in incident management and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by evaluating tools, processes and infrastructure capabilities.

Required profile

• Motivated infrastructure professional with strong technical skills.
• Experience in infrastructure operations, cloud environments or system administration.
• Comfortable working in dynamic settings, learning new technologies and collaborating with global teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
