Engineer II, Endpoint

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an Engineer II to manage the full lifecycle of endpoint applications across Windows and macOS devices. You will ensure compliance, security, and reliability through packaging, deployment, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Package, test, deploy, maintain, and retire endpoint applications following engineering and change‑management standards.
• Manage OS and application patching for Windows and macOS endpoints, monitoring deployment health and failures.
• Maintain Intune enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, endpoint security controls, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint, OS, application, device‑management, and compliance issues escalated by Service Desk and Deskside teams.
• Document solutions, create PowerShell or remediation scripts, and automate recurring operational work within approved architecture and security guardrails.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT support experience, including 2+ years of hands‑on Intune engineering or advanced endpoint administration.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven success improving endpoint compliance, security posture, deployment reliability, and technical documentation.
