Engineer / Executive – Cylinder Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineer / Executive to drive productivity and quality in our cylinder manufacturing operations. You will work on improving processes, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality hydraulic components.

Key responsibilities

• Drive productivity and reduce rework using Lean Tools.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls.
• Conduct Time and Motion studies and perform cycle‑time analysis.
• Implement PFMEA, Control Plans and risk‑mitigation actions.
• Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization and ergonomics.
• Guarantee first‑time‑right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.
• Maintain ISO compliance and participate in QHSE internal and external audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly production plans aligned with project timelines.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets.
• Participate in BPS activities and drive RPP projects.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
