Endpoint Security Engineer

About the role

Lenovo is seeking an Endpoint Security Engineer to strengthen the security posture of its global IT environment. You will work closely with internal and regional teams to ensure that endpoint devices comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage endpoint security solutions such as Sentinel‑One, SCCM and Netskope.
• Oversee compliance monitoring across systems and endpoints, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Engage with internal and regional stakeholders to address security and compliance concerns.
• Provide guidance and support to teams to meet security and compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement technical and procedural improvements to enhance security posture.
• Raise, track and follow up on incident tickets with regional SPOCs to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in endpoint security or related IT security roles.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Sentinel‑One.
• Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
• Familiarity with Netskope or similar cloud security solutions.
