Enablement / Copilot Coordinator

About the role

The Enablement / Copilot Coordinator will drive the rollout, adoption and ongoing use of Microsoft Copilot and related productivity tools across the organization. Working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders and employees, the role ensures that users have the training, resources and support needed to embrace new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Support enterprise deployment and adoption initiatives for Microsoft Copilot and other AI‑enabled productivity tools.
• Coordinate enablement activities, rollout planning, readiness tasks and adoption campaigns.
• Identify adoption barriers, collect user feedback and recommend improvements.
• Assist business units during onboarding and early‑adoption phases.
• Organise training sessions, workshops, office hours and learning events; manage presenters, attendance tracking and logistics.
• Maintain learning content, quick‑reference guides, FAQs and role‑based enablement materials.
• Develop and deliver communications such as newsletters, announcements, success stories and awareness campaigns.
• Support employee communities, collaboration channels and engagement forums.
• Track participation, engagement and adoption metrics; maintain dashboards and status reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Highly organized and proactive professional with strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, employee enablement or training coordination.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
