ELV Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled ELV Technician to join our project teams in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. You will be responsible for installing, testing, commissioning and maintaining a range of low‑voltage systems across commercial and institutional sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, commission and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, structured cabling and networking.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimise downtime.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics and system layouts for accurate installation and servicing.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, replacements and adjustments of ELV components and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company procedures and relevant industry regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and project teams to meet project timelines.
• Maintain documentation such as service reports, maintenance checklists, installation records and testing reports.
• Assist with system upgrades, modifications, expansions and integration as required.
• Provide basic technical support and user guidance to clients and end‑users.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in ELV system installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills.
• Willingness to work on project sites in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
