Elevator Maintenance Technician – Field Service

About the role

Otis is seeking a dedicated Field Executive Service professional to join its Jammu team. You will be responsible for the safe and reliable operation of a portfolio of elevators and escalators, ensuring passenger safety and equipment uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform 100% of scheduled maintenance and service visits for elevators within the assigned territory.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, aiming for first‑time fix and minimal downtime.
• Carry out minor repairs and corrective actions to keep equipment operational.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each unit.
• Interact directly with customers on‑site to build strong working relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in elevator or escalator maintenance.
• Ability to work independently in a defined geographical area.
• Strong focus on safety, ethics, and quality.
