Elevator Installation Adjuster

About the role

We are looking for an Elevator Installation Adjuster to join Otis in Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on safely installing, testing and commissioning elevator and escalator units while ensuring passenger safety and compliance with environmental health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Test and commission new elevators and escalators with quality and efficiency.
• Perform inspections before and after commissioning to verify safety and performance.
• Work onsite following all EHS guidelines and be available for overnight stays when required.
• Interact directly with customers on site to build strong working relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in testing and commissioning elevators.

Required skills

• Elevator testing and commissioning.
• Electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Safety and EHS compliance.
