Electrician

About the role

Kairos Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Electrician to join its manufacturing facility in Indore. The role focuses on installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment that support continuous production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect and repair wiring, control panels and industrial electrical equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct routine preventive‑maintenance inspections to minimise machine downtime.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.
• Document all work performed and update maintenance records.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve reliability of the electrical infrastructure.

Required profile

• Relevant ITI/Diploma or certification in an electrical trade; higher technical qualifications are a plus.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably with continuous production lines.
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical engineering principles applicable to industrial settings.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and maintain accurate maintenance records.
