Electrician – Construction Projects

About the role

Kool Home Builders is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its construction team in Kochi. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on building sites, ensuring safety and compliance with technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical wiring, cables, and related equipment.
• Analyze and monitor electrical grids to ensure proper operation.
• Handle power tools and equipment safely on site.
• Operate and test machines installed at construction sites.
• Research and understand the function of new machinery when required.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Verify that all machines function correctly before final installation.
• Perform routine inspections to prevent and address electrical breakdowns.
• Replace outdated wires, clean circuits, and maintain system integrity.
• Troubleshoot faulty components and replace damaged parts.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical supplies and work performed.

Required profile

• ITI qualification in electrical work.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction domain.
• Ability to work onsite and adhere to safety standards.
• Readiness to join as soon as possible.
