Electrician – 12‑hr Shift – Noida

About the role

We are seeking an experienced electrician to join our manufacturing plant in Noida. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems of blow‑moulding and injection‑moulding machines on a 12‑hour shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to electrical breakdowns of blow‑moulding and injection‑moulding machines.
• Diagnose and repair motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, heaters, panels and control circuits.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo motor and control‑panel issues.
• Check and maintain temperature controllers, proximity sensors and limit switches.
• Maintain electrical panels, wiring, cables, MCBs, MCCBs and distribution systems.
• Support machine installation, commissioning and electrical changeovers.
• Keep accurate maintenance records, breakdown reports and spare‑parts requirements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, 5S and plant safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial setting, preferably with blow‑moulding or injection‑moulding equipment.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and handle on‑call breakdowns.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and 5S practices.
• Good record‑keeping skills for maintenance documentation.
