E‑commerce Warehouse Auditor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑commerce Warehouse Auditor to join our team in India. The role involves conducting comprehensive financial and operational audits across our e‑commerce fulfillment centers, ensuring accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial audits to verify the correctness of financial statements and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out operational audits of warehouse and fulfillment processes, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies specific to e‑commerce operations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations and action plans for senior management.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, IT and other internal teams to facilitate audits and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance audit methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience within the e‑commerce sector.
• Relevant auditing certification such as CA, CPA or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
