The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and enhancing Philips' digital presence. The role focuses on improving consumer experiences across channels, analysing performance data, and driving data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives to meet business goals.
• Improve digital consumer experiences across specific or multiple channels.
• Oversee digital commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with KPIs and timelines.
• Analyse digital metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead data‑driven analyses of consumer behaviour and campaign results.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to identify process improvements.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and apply best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce platforms, digital merchandising, or online content strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategic actions.
• Effective collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
