Echo Technician – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Echo Technician role is based in a hotel environment in Bengaluru, overseeing daily housekeeping operations and ensuring guest areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. You will lead a team, coordinate with management, and act as the point of contact for guest service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with floor staff and supervise all team tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to established standards.
• Supervise public areas, replenish guest supplies, and promptly attend to guest requests.
• Report and address any damage or malfunction in hotel rooms and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Prepare and maintain section floor reports, regular room checklists, and accurate room status records.
• Report unusual behavior or activities to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in evaluating team attendance and performance.
• Follow hotel fire, life‑safety and emergency procedures; attend all briefings, meetings and trainings assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
