Dynamics 365 Consultant – 7-9 years experience

About the role

Capco is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 professional to design, develop and deliver solutions for its banking and financial services clients. The role is based in Bengaluru and involves working in agile, cross‑functional teams to drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop components and applications on Dynamics 365 using customizations, configurations and web resources.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to scaling agile practices.
• Collaborate with global developer communities, especially within BNPP Paribas.
• Support the definition of Real Estate IT strategy and implementation.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of hands‑on experience with MS Dynamics 365 (both on‑premise and online).
• Strong background in C#/.NET plugin development, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure ecosystem, Power Platform and integration tools such as SSIS/SSRS.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, estimate workloads and ensure delivery quality.
