Duty Manager – Aman-i-Khas

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Duty Manager for our intimate tented camp, Aman‑i‑Khas, located on the edge of Ranthambore National Park. You will support the Front Office team, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the high standards of service expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing Front Office operations and guest services.
• Coordinate team schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure efficient task execution.
• Facilitate internal communication, maintain files, and support departmental coordination.
• Step in for the Front Office Manager when absent, maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
• Experience in hospitality or front‑office environments is preferred.
