DSA Trainer – Competitive Programming & Interview Prep

About the role

REGex Software Services is looking for a passionate DSA Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training on Data Structures & Algorithms using C++. The role focuses on preparing students for competitive programming contests and technical interviews with multinational companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive DSA training programs in C++.
• Prepare students to solve problems on platforms such as CodeChef, LeetCode, Codeforces, and HackerRank.
• Create engaging course materials, coding challenges, projects, and assessments.
• Conduct mock coding tests and interview preparation sessions.
• Mentor students on algorithmic concepts and problem‑solving strategies.
• Track and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with competitive programming trends and new problem patterns.
• Collaborate with the REGex team to continuously improve training content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in competitive programming and teaching DSA concepts.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer or mentor.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare students for MNC technical interviews.

Required skills

• C++ programming.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
