RAPIDRY is seeking a full‑time Dry Cleaning Expert to join its Gurugram facility. The role focuses on high‑speed garment care, ensuring each item meets the company’s quality standards while supporting rapid delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dry cleaning and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, sort, and prepare garments for cleaning, applying appropriate stain removal methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with industry standards.
• Monitor quality throughout the process and address any garment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and uphold RAPIDRY’s reputation for speed and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of garment care, fabric types, and stain removal techniques.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience operating dry cleaning and pressing equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify garment issues.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Good customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift garments as needed.
