Driver

About the role

The Driver will join Al Khaima Travel Service in Mumbai to safely operate company vehicles, transporting clients to and from designated locations as part of the company’s leisure and tourism services. This full‑time, on‑site position requires punctuality, professionalism and a focus on passenger safety.

Key responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicles on scheduled routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Perform daily basic vehicle inspections and keep the interior and exterior clean.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling and courteous communication.
• Report any maintenance issues, incidents or accidents to the operations team promptly.
• Coordinate with dispatch, use maps or GPS for navigation, and follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A (or equivalent heavy‑vehicle) driving licence as required by local regulations.
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of local traffic rules and routes in Mumbai.
• Experience operating commercial vehicles or trucks, preferably in passenger transport or tourism.
• Basic literacy and numeracy; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
