Driver Guard & Bellboy – Guest Transport & Security

About the role

This position combines driving, security vigilance, and guest‑service duties to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for hotel guests. You will transport guests and staff, monitor entry points, and assist with luggage and room orientation.

Key responsibilities

• Safely drive guests, staff, and materials while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and valid documentation.
• Monitor entry and exit points, report suspicious activity, and support emergency procedures.
• Welcome guests, handle luggage, escort them to rooms, and explain resort facilities.
• Maintain a tidy lobby and entrance area, coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security teams.
• Uphold professional appearance, brand standards, and company policies.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence (LMV/Transport as applicable).
• Prior experience in driving and/or hospitality services preferred.
• Basic communication skills in English and the local language.
• Good physical fitness for luggage handling.
• Basic knowledge of safety and security practices.
