Drilling Data Analyst

About the role

The Drilling Data Analyst provides technical expertise to capture, manage and report data throughout the lifecycle of wellsite drilling and workover operations. You will ensure accurate daily reporting of well‑site activity, analyse KPI‑based metrics and support the on‑site team with reliable data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reporting of wellsite operations, ensuring timely data capture, configuration, loading, quality control and troubleshooting.
• Monitor mandatory reports, data sources and formats, proactively identifying and fixing data issues.
• Learn and maintain reporting applications, system installation, configuration and issue resolution.
• Coordinate data collection across service companies, client organisations and real‑time data providers.
• Support on‑site and remote teams, handling system upgrades, maintenance and incident escalation.
• Apply data confidentiality standards and IT security policies to all data handling activities.
• Maintain HSE scorecards and contribute to safety programs.

Required profile

• Graduation degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics and at least 1 year in drilling or oil‑&‑gas related data environments.
