Dresser – Ostomy & Advanced Wound Care

About the role

We are seeking a clinically skilled, patient‑focused Dresser specializing in ostomy and advanced wound care. The role provides hands‑on clinical support, product application, and training to healthcare professionals across hospitals in India.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ostomy pouch application, pouch changes, and comprehensive stoma care.
• Assess wounds and apply advanced wound care dressings.
• Educate patients and caregivers on ostomy management and wound‑care practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors, nurses and hospital staff.
• Support product evaluations, clinical activities and assist in converting accounts.
• Monitor patient outcomes and relay clinical feedback to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with infection‑prevention protocols and hospital guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Clinical teams to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing or relevant paramedical qualification.
• Experience in ostomy, stoma, wound care, surgical wards, oncology, ICU or OT.
• Strong patient counselling and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel for hospital visits and field‑based clinical support.
