Draughtsperson – Civil & Structural Substation

About the role

We are seeking a Draughtsperson specialized in civil and structural detailing for substations. The role involves creating detailed 2‑D and 3‑D drawings for structures, foundations and related works, and coordinating with design engineers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive detailing inputs from design engineers and prepare detailed drawings for structures, foundations, buildings and equipment.
• Document project records in accordance with quality standards and follow drawing check‑list for review.
• Submit drawings to design engineers, incorporate site comments and corrections, and update BOQ and material lists.
• Prepare layouts for pre‑casting yards and PCC pole moulds.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in civil and structural detailing for substations, power plants, oil & gas, fertilizer or refinery projects.
• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering (minimum qualification).
• Immediate or early joining preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
• Experience with Tekla Structures for 3D structural modelling.
• Knowledge of Revit for BIM workflows.
