Dot NET Specialist / Architect – WPF & Flux Expertise

About the role

We are looking for a Dot NET Specialist / Architect to lead the design and development of high‑performance desktop applications using WPF and Flux architecture. The role is based in our Bangalore development centre and involves close collaboration with UI/UX, backend and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications with WPF and .NET.
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions using modern design patterns.
• Implement and maintain Flux‑based state management in desktop apps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including UI/UX, backend, and QA.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate APIs, third‑party components, and backend services.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver robust solutions.

Required profile

• B.E / M.E or B.Tech / M.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 6‑10 years of professional experience in .NET desktop development.
