About the role
We are looking for a motivated Domestic Telecaller to join our team near Tollygunge. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and offers clearly.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain daily call logs and follow‑up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.
Required profile
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
- Basic English proficiency is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, BPO, or sales experience is an advantage.

What we offer
- Full‑time employment.
- Salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹13,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
