About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a District Account Manager to drive sales growth and market share for knee, hip, and robotic‑assisted surgery solutions in South India. The role focuses on building strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital administrators and key stakeholders while supporting clinical adoption of advanced technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the Joint Reconstruction and Robotics portfolio.
- Drive adoption of robotic‑assisted surgery solutions and associated implants.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
