Director, Wealth Management Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead large‑scale delivery programs for a leading wealth management client in Hyderabad. The role combines strong delivery leadership with hands‑on technical expertise in Java or .NET.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of wealth management solutions, ensuring quality, timelines and budget.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, mentor senior engineers and drive best practices.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to define road‑maps and manage expectations.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and innovative technologies within delivery teams.
• Maintain high standards of career stability and low turnover within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 14 years of experience, primarily in wealth management or related financial services.
• Demonstrated track record of leading large delivery programs and managing sizable teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Stable career history with no frequent job changes.

Required skills

• Strong technical background in Java or .NET (C#).
• Proven delivery leadership in wealth management projects.
