Director SAP FICO – SAP Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned Director to lead its SAP FICO advisory practice in Bangalore. You will work with senior clients to design, implement, and optimise SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP FICO engagements, from discovery through deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Develop and nurture high‑performing delivery teams, coaching consultants and fostering ownership of personal development.
• Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into robust SAP configurations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather insights, address issues, and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Use data and analytics to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team effectiveness or project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in SAP consulting, preferably at a senior or director level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize diverse information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of coaching and developing consulting talent.
