Director – Product Development (SecurTime) – APAC

About the role

ADP is seeking a visionary Director of Product Development to lead the SecurTime platform across the APAC region. You will shape the product’s future, drive innovative design, and inspire high‑performing engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of multiple platform areas, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage several engineering teams, including first‑line managers, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Collaborate with project managers to execute projects on schedule and with the required quality standards.
• Partner with technical product owners to define roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Work closely with engineering managers and architects to solve day‑to‑day technical challenges.
• Build and mentor technology leaders, preparing the next generation of senior engineers.
• Coordinate with cross‑regional leaders in India, China, and Southeast Asia to align product design and solutions.
• Promote the adoption of Gen AI‑based development and testing frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 15‑18 years of experience in software product development.
• Proven track record leading multiple engineering teams and first‑line managers.
• Strong ownership mindset with a passion for building highly scalable products.
• Extensive project‑management experience, including planning, risk management, and delivery.
• Experience presenting at client‑facing and market events.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies.
