Director, People Operations

About the role

Blend360 is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead HR operations across its India offices. Reporting to the SVP of Global People Operations, you will partner with leadership to design scalable processes, ensure compliance, and shape the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end HR operations for the region, including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, compliance, and employee data management.
• Partner with department heads and executives to translate business strategy into HR programs, support headcount planning, and advise on organizational restructuring.
• Oversee talent attraction, development, and retention initiatives, define culture, measure engagement, and support learning and development.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing People Operations team that embodies Blend’s values.

Required profile

• 10+ years of HR operations and business partnership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor law, employment practices, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to link HR decisions to financial outcomes.
• Data‑driven mindset, creating accurate dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Workday (or comparable HRIS) expertise.
• Broad HR technology and HRIS experience.
