About the role

The Director of Sales (Weddings & MICE) at Fairmont Agra will lead the hotel's sales strategy for weddings, meetings, incentives, conferences and events. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue across group, transient and banquet segments while aligning with the brand’s standards. You will also collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as required.
Direct and manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize hotel revenue.
Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and feedback to proactively adapt business strategies.
Evaluate changes in guest needs, guest mix and competitive set, recommending appropriate product, service and operational adjustments.
