Director of Sales – MICE & Events

About the role
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and Events sales activities within the hotel. Work closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue‑generating departments to maximise revenue opportunities, drive event business, enhance client relationships and ensure successful execution of meetings, conferences, social events and group bookings. Develop and implement sales strategies, achieve revenue targets and strengthen the hotel's position in the MICE and Events market.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role such as Director of Sales, Associate Director of Sales or Director of Events within MICE and Events sales.
- Strong networking, negotiation, problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships.
