About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring proactive sales initiatives are executed and revenue targets are met.
• Develop, implement, and track key sales metrics, maintaining accurate reports and dashboards.
• Manage the department’s budget, control costs, and monitor inventory to achieve productivity goals.
• Foster a culture of growth and performance, guiding team development while promoting company values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and collaboration.
