Director of Omnichannel Technology

About the role

The Director of Omnichannel Technology will partner with Dubai leadership to define, own and execute the end‑to‑end technology strategy that powers seamless luxury retail experiences across digital and physical channels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Dubai leadership to define and execute the Omnichannel technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead delivery of customer experience platforms, digital commerce, logistics, supply chain, and store technology, ensuring high‑performance and revenue continuity.
• Oversee technical delivery of CRM, loyalty, contact‑center and AdTech solutions such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Genesys Cloud.
• Manage release readiness, cutover support and hyper‑care for major omnichannel launches and SAP S/4HANA integrations.

Required profile

• 15+ years leading technology transformations in high‑growth retail, ecommerce or consumer digital sectors.
• Proven experience implementing end‑to‑end e‑commerce and ERP integrations with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, WMS and SAP S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated leadership of omnichannel initiatives in luxury retail, owning customer journeys, commerce platforms and store technology.

• Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Genesys Cloud contact‑center platform.
• React Native for mobile app development.
• Search and recommendation engines: Algolia, Solr, Constructor.io.
• ERP and order management: SAP S/4HANA, Fluent OMS, Infor WMS.
• Logistics tracking integrations: FarEye, Onfleet, Carriyo.
• Retail POS: Oracle XStore.
• Merchandising planning: Blue Yonder.
