About the role

The Director of Marketing, Branding & Communications will shape and protect the organisation’s brand across all markets, driving revenue growth through high‑impact marketing, compelling proposals, and strategic communications. This senior leader will act as the custodian of the brand narrative, ensuring consistent messaging and supporting business development, talent branding, and executive visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing, brand and digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Develop brand positioning, messaging architecture and visual identity standards, ensuring consistency across geographies and service lines.
• Own the corporate website strategy, content, structure and governance, driving UX improvements, SEO optimisation and analytics tracking.
• Design and manage the social media strategy, content calendar and creation of posts, articles, videos and leadership bytes.
• Lead external communications including PR, media releases, executive articles and industry representation.
• Design internal communication programmes to align employees with vision, culture and change initiatives.
• Oversee proposal and pursuit writing for large deals, creating pitch decks, case studies and standardised content repositories.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing, branding and communications within a multi‑geography organisation.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into compelling brand narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and external audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external agencies.
