Director of Leasing

About the role

Venn Spaces is expanding its portfolio of commercial spaces, currently managing around 500,000 sq ft under development and an additional 2‑3 million sq ft in the planning stage. As Director of Leasing you will lead all leasing activities for these properties in Bangalore, from market planning and prospecting to negotiating and finalising commercial lease agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted leasing strategies to maximise occupancy across office‑space assets.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective tenants, tailoring solutions to their business needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, IPCs and other channel partners to boost brand visibility.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end leasing process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal standards.
• Produce regular inventory and lease performance reports, analysing market trends to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of commercial leasing experience, preferably focused on office spaces.
• Proven negotiation expertise and deep knowledge of the Bangalore commercial real‑estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
