About the role

The Director of Influencer Marketing will lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of performance‑driven influencer campaigns. You will work closely with brands and internal teams to match the right creators with the right products, driving measurable storefront results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard influencers for performance‑based campaigns.
• Match influencers with brands to maximise storefront performance.
• Guide product and brand integration within influencer content.
• Set expectations and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery from influencers and internal stakeholders.
• Plan long‑term partnership strategies aligned with business goals.
• Negotiate commercial and strategic agreements with influencers.
• Monitor, analyse and report on influencer performance and storefront metrics.
• Extract data‑driven insights and conduct post‑campaign reviews.
• Produce reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop communication strategies and support clients in future campaign planning.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Proven track record negotiating rates and terms with influencers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing professional relationships remotely.
• Strong planning abilities to outline and execute marketing strategies from creation to completion.
• Creative input across campaigns and projects.
