Director of Fundraising

About the role

The Canis Lupus Society of Skill‑Based Education (CLSSBE) is seeking a strategic leader to head its fundraising function. This full‑time remote position will shape and execute comprehensive fundraising plans that support the society’s mission of delivering practical, skill‑oriented education.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑channel fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with major donors and philanthropic partners.
• Lead annual giving campaigns, donor outreach, and stewardship activities.
• Oversee donor communication, reporting, and impact storytelling.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate fundraising goals with programmatic priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in major donor cultivation and philanthropy.
• Demonstrated success leading annual giving or similar fundraising campaigns.
• Strong strategic planning abilities for fundraising growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Non‑Profit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and achieve fundraising targets.
