About the role
The Director of Finance will lead the Finance & Accounting Division of Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, ensuring operations align with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies, brand standards, and the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient running of the finance division in line with corporate strategies.
- Maintain high standards of financial management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to support business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Finance or Finance Manager in a large operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
