About the role

We are seeking a Director of Engineering Services to lead our engineering department and drive the development of high‑quality products. In this senior position you will oversee both front‑end and back‑end teams, manage our infrastructure, and ensure internal systems operate securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate front‑end and back‑end development teams, setting goals, budgets and timelines for projects.
• Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems, proposing improvements and ensuring compliance with security regulations.
• Plan, budget and execute software development initiatives from ideation through delivery.
• Design strategic road‑maps for future development aligned with company objectives and resources.
• Recruit engineering talent, organise training and foster professional growth.
• Manage integrations with external partners and oversee the adoption of innovative technologies.
• Review and update policies related to internal systems and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage engineering teams while setting clear goals, budgets and timelines.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure management and security compliance.
• Experience overseeing full‑cycle software development and external integrations.
