Director of Engineering (Microsoft Technologies)

About the role

Talent Potential Consulting is hiring a Director of Engineering (Microsoft Technologies) to lead and scale software engineering delivery across several business verticals supporting global marketing analytics and data platforms. The role owns end-to-end delivery and drives engineering excellence, working closely with business, product, analytics and commercial teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale software engineering delivery across multiple business verticals
• Own end-to-end delivery and drive engineering excellence, including architecture, CI/CD on Azure, code quality and TDD
• Partner with business, product, analytics and commercial teams to build scalable solutions
• Drive innovation in the organization's data and insights ecosystem

Required profile

• 14+ years of engineering experience with strong leadership exposure
• 7+ years leading complex delivery programs and 3+ years managing Engineering Managers
• Deep background in .NET, Angular and large-scale data systems
• Able to lead senior engineers, influence stakeholders and turn technical strategy into business impact
• Experience with Azure data ecosystems and client-facing environments is a plus
