Director of Delivery & Engineering (Technology)

About the role

Genpact Experience is looking for a senior technology leader to own end‑to‑end delivery of cloud‑native, AI‑assisted solutions across web, mobile and back‑end platforms. The role partners with client executives and internal teams to drive measurable business impact, faster time‑to‑value and scalable engineering operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery, P&L and customer success for strategic accounts, driving transformation and sustainable growth.
• Lead modern engineering execution across web, native and cross‑platform mobile applications, emphasizing composable and API‑first architectures.
• Embed AI‑assisted engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude/LLM copilots, automated code review/testing) with defined guardrails and quality gates.
• Operationalize agentic delivery patterns—multi‑agent planning, coding, testing, documentation—to improve throughput while maintaining security and compliance.
• Establish governance structures (Steering Committees, weekly status, risk registers, release readiness) and ensure transparency across onshore/offshore teams.
• Define and track success metrics (time‑to‑value, adoption, performance, reliability) linking technical delivery to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and solutioning on proposals, SOWs, delivery plans and AI‑led accelerators.
• Build, mentor and upskill engineering leads, architects, scrum masters, QA and DevOps teams in AI and cloud‑native practices.
• Enforce engineering excellence standards for secure coding, accessibility, observability, CI/CD and production operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading delivery and P&L for strategic technology accounts.
• Strong client partnership skills and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling high‑performing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud‑native, AI‑assisted development and modern delivery frameworks.
